3. Terms & Conditions (AGB)

Scope & Services

These terms govern the relationship between Lemon Music Group and artists, creators, or clients utilizing our distribution infrastructure, sync licensing pitches, and loop shop assets.

Distribution Agreement & Revenue Split

By submitting music for global distribution through Lemon Music Group:

  • You guarantee that you own or control all necessary rights (masters and publishing) to the submitted sound recordings.
  • Releases must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the scheduled launch date.
  • No upfront fees apply; Lemon Music Group retains a standard 20% revenue share from generated royalties, while 80% remains with the artist.

Loop Shop & Digital Assets

All loop kits, sound packs, and digital goods purchased via our loop shop are licensed, not sold, granting the user a non-exclusive right to use the audio elements in their musical productions according to standard industry licensing terms.
